𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 💪 I've been feeling very lethargic, tired & a general can't be arsed feeling, haven't been in any sort of control of my diabetes, eating lots of sweets, crisps & takeaways, my diet has take a right proper doing for the past year. Around 10 days ago I decided I'd had enough, I looked at my diet & decided to can the food that's been making me feel crap. For 7 days I only allowed myself 2000 calories a day, drank loads and loads of water, barely any fizzy juice, maybe 4/5 cans in that period of time but in comparison to what I was drinking this is nothing, more wholesome foods, lots more proteins and things that kept me fuller for longer, and I succeeded in doing so, I have continued this and doing well. I'm back walking, doing around 9-10k a day with the dog, I'm feeling a tad better but know I've got a long way to go, I'm gonna document as much as I can on here, apologies to those you who will get sick of the sight of seeing mine and my dugs mush 😂 will also pop on some of the food in eating as well..
