@AmazonHelp Hi @ajassy @JeffBezos Even after trying with above link I am still in same troubleshoot loop. Please look into it as it seems deliberate attempt to avoid returns. I am not one of those who misuse return policy so I deserve easy return option.

Hi @SamsungIndia, I purchased a mobile online on 27th and received it today. After registering for warranty, it's showing less than a year. I emailed support but got no reply. WhatsApp chat gave unclear, technical responses saying "warranty is as per invoice." What should I do?

@flipkartsupport Hi @flipkartsupport, Your agent said he couldn’t deliver due to road unavailability. But only 1 of 4–5 roads is blocked — others are fine. Please ensure the parcel is delivered tomorrow via an alternate available route.
