In the beginning, no one cares.
People see the "overnight success" and don't see the grueling journey it takes. For most, the journey proves to be too harsh to endure.
This is why you need to develop mental toughness to match an armor of steel and grit abrasive enough to grind down a slab of concrete.
(^ have a lot to say on this and what I've learned in terms of developing these - will write long form when I have some time).
I have been lucky enough to speak to numerous people who I look up to in different areas and have extensively studied people in different fields who are outliers
- these qualities are a common thread.

overall value has continued to gradually shift lower since October 6th with anchored vwap migrating to 111s (high value anchor) i.e. the context has remained mean reversion favoring rotational behavior with a skew towards the down side but a 5 year old can tell you that.
what you want to see is a contextual shift where the slope of this shift slows down/flattens out and key areas start getting reclaimed with follow through on momentum if you want to be a raging bull.
