There has been a massive @tataplayfiber outage all over Pune with no helplines accessible to the customers. No clarity or communication on when the services will be restored! What are you guys even doing? As a customer don’t we deserve basic intimation atleast?!

Pathetic services by @tataplayfiber . No way to connect to customer care. Web application and mobile apps are pretty slow. Not even able to login and raise a support request.
