By this time the pricing had dropped by 20% based on his false inputs. I asked him to re input the correct answers, and the price didn't change. This is @Cashify_'s cheap tactics to negotiate. Seeing the phone's great condition, he proposed to up its price but I was pissed.

On inspection, the agent randomly marked major dent & major scratches when all my phone had was a pin like dot near the volume controller. That's it. Squeaky clean phone overall. When confronted, he said that the questions were grouped together so he marked them incorrectly.

Recent experience at @Cashify_ has been very disappointing. They quote a high price for your old phone so that you book the inspection. Connecting with the inspection agent took a full day as he didn't respond and the support team was not helpful at all.
