been using @herdrdev for a almost 2 days on all my machines, and remote boxes now pretty good experience, love the agent finish sound effects, good enough been a tmux user for almost 5 years now and i couldn't leave tmux (yk I am very lazy) but herdr is actually too good cmux, i don't like you just because your surface layout is a bad decision, I love tmux pane and tabs (just like nvim), it works and it's actually how it should be, still not sure why cmux went the other way around still using cmux, because of multiple remote machines and all, like vertical tabs (and I can collapse them) my herder config matches my tmux config exactly but with a lot of interesting tweaks like keybindings for switching between workspaces with fuzzysearch in a popup, same for the tabs also and gonna have it soon for agents too, and tmux keybindings for renames and all. find my config below 👇

i am not talking about the training, triceps heads are just quite big length wise so that's genetics and now if you can train them well, you are already getting quite huge triceps. that's what i meant by genetics, it's about the muscle length, also do progressive overload for sure if you really really wanna to push them hard.

I've been told if you want bigger arms, train your triceps. So that's exactly what I'm doing. Currently at 30kg on rope pushdowns. Should I just keep progressively overloading, or is there a point where adding more weight stops helping? I'd love to hear from people who've actually built big arms. 👇
