gonna get a bit technical in my next video 😬
i spent the last few weeks messing with the agent sdk (the thing powering stuff like openclaw) and want to share EVERYTHING i learned
probably will be one of the hardest videos ill make this year
its SO hard to make these type of videos and get a balance of going too in the weeds but also being digestible for people 😮💨
but i really think its worth making bc i want to see more people build on top of it
@awilkinson Hey @awilkinson, try Athlytic
Recently started using it, looks promising! UI similar to whoop. Gives you recovery, sleep quality, exertion based on workouts, stress, etc
Also has a journal feature like whoop (had coffee, ate late) and they show how it affects sleep & recovery

For example:
- On days you exercise you sleep longer
- This drug affects your heart rate
Etc
@thejustinwelsh@thejustinwelsh curious to understand if you were you able to grow in the beginning with such calendar or is this something you got to recently now that you have a following?
My favorite project management tool so far is linear.app, what's yours?
Not a sponsored post but IMHO it's miles better than asana, jira, or clickup mainly because of:
1. Simple UX
2. Beautiful UI
3. Shortcuts shortcuts shortcuts
