@ryan_tech_lab The 94 was actually accessibility, not best practices — best practices hit 100. The remaining accessibility items were contrast ratios on a couple of secondary text elements. The kind of thing where Claude gives you three options and you have to decide what you care more about.

@vladgozman The Lighthouse loop is underrated. Most people paste the report and accept the first fix. Running it 3+ rounds to compound the improvements is where the real gains are. The 94 on best practices is usually the stubborn one — curious what that last item was for you.

The Claude Code loop for web performance: Run Lighthouse CLI Paste report into Claude Say "fix this" Repeat Three rounds got me 100/100/100/94. A decade of professional web dev never got me there once. #claude #seo #pagespeed #vibecoding

The internet: "SaaS is dead." Me: *builds a SaaS* Vibe-coded Attendir with Claude Code. No dev team. Just me & a very patient AI in my most stable professional relationship to date. Building in public. Follow along, or don't. Free will is beautiful. #ClaudeCode #BuildInPublic

@ProveThenBuild Built it for our own TEDAI event first. Then sold it by hand to other events before writing a single line of self-serve code. People paid with real money, not encouragement. But yes, agreed — visibility is not proof. Revenue is.

@hckrclws @claudeai Thanks! Made in a few evenings and weekends. But validated it with @TEDAIVienna first, then sold it "manually" to a few events before investing more time to make it self-serve.

🚨 Hey folks I got something to announce: I am launching a new investment fund brand: Prototype Capital 🦾 A globally-active first-check investment fund. We focus on cool stuff that's technical hard to achieve, but also still new enough to be a bit weird – globally. Think Robotics in Eastern Europe, AI in SF, Software remotely, OpenSource SaaS, Space-tech in India, Reindustrialization of Europe, AI Agents in Brazil, among many others… - $100k-$200k - we say we invest early and we actually mean it - with every 5th investment we are the first to commit - only 6% of all ivnestments were after seed - the brand will be a larger umbrella for all kinds of stuff from our own prototypes 😬, to streams, to communities, to investinpublic transparency efforts - this is legally speaking a rebrand of my previous solo GP fund so we got track record to proof - we do about 15-20 investments per year Link in thread! 🔥 Please RT if you got a sec – Appreciate your launch support 🙏❤️

Today was my last day at @Pitch as CEO. I’ve given my absolute best to the company, and after 6 years, many highs, and some painful lows, I need a break. I’m incredibly proud that my co-founder and CTO of Pitch, @adamrenklint, will step in and take over the CEO role from now on. Adam has been such a rock for me and the team during this journey, and I trust him completely to lead Pitch in the right direction. A key part of this change in leadership is also a big shift in how we build our company going forward. As many of you know, being a venture-backed company in 2023 was insanely challenging. We created sky-high expectations for our business, our employees, and ourselves as founders. Towards the end of last year, my co-founders and I noticed that those expectations were simply too high, and we decided that we wanted to take a new and completely different path for Pitch. Instead of pushing harder and harder to turn Pitch into a hyper-growth company with venture funding, we concluded it was better to build a profitable company and grow Pitch organically from here. We had conversations with our investors about resetting our company and cap table, so there’s potential for meaningful impact for everyone involved. Despite having more than 4 years of runway, we know that a sustainable path has a much higher chance of success than the path we were on. This change also means we’re reducing the size of the Pitch team by around 2/3 today. Going forward, we’ll be a significantly smaller team focused on creating maximum value for our customers and driving sustainable growth. I am very sorry that this happened, and I take full responsibility for leading Pitch up to this point. I’m fully convinced that this is the right decision to make Pitch a lasting success for all shareholders, including past and future employees. Building companies is never a linear process, and going through painful moments like these is what we signed up for. For Pitch customers, nothing will change today, and the product will remain available as previously. The newly formed company will continue to focus on making Pitch a key part of any ambitious company’s tech stack. I want to thank all the team members who’ve worked at Pitch up until now and everyone who has decided to stay with us in the newly formed company. As a board member of Pitch, I’ll support my co-founders and our new leadership team with every ounce of energy I have. I’m committed to investing time, money, and hard work to make Pitch a great success story. Thank you also to our board members @narimer, @JoshuaKushner, @StephenNundy, @ciaranoleary, and @koenbok. You’ve all been incredibly supportive in this difficult change. We’ll do our very best to pay back the huge level of trust and support we’ve received in the past.

The world just adopted a historic decision at #COP28 to set in motion an irreversible, accelerated transition away from fossil fuels. With that, we have achieved what we set out to do: keep 1.5 within reach and mark the beginning of the end of fossil fuels.

@sama is out as @OpenAI CEO & @gdb has resigned as OpenAI's president. Everyone said AI was going to take people's jobs. Who would have thought it would be these two first? 🤔
