I am truly moved by this feedback. It is essential for us to genuinely listen to our patients and grasp their concerns with heartfelt compassion and dedication. We should always engage with them in an honest, caring manner and approach their situations with deep empathy.

Listening to our patients, treating them with compassion, and adopting a holistic approach are important aspects of consultation. We should always treat everyone as we would like to be treated.

@parthaskar Asking myself the same thing, Partha. If I had funding for a PA in acute medicine, why not get a clinical fellow (maybe an IMG) instead, who can prescribe, order x-rays and has clinical experience? All for less money Make it make sense

As someone in national policy? I am yet to understand what a PA will contribute to an MDT in a #Diabetes setting that existing members already aren't What will a PA provide beyond a nurse colleague, pharmacist, dietitian, podiatrist, public health expert etc? What is the role?
