@ICICIBank_Care ICICI BANK and bank employees doing fake promise and mis selling the product to the client. They promised to delivered best service but they not. They told me that icici bank did not take demat account charges but they charged that means fraud and cheating.

I am continuously trying to connect with the team but am unable to connect with them. It clearly means that urbanclap has been doing fraud and cheating with the clients. They are taking money but dont provide service. Don't trust on urbanclap and boycott urbanclap

I placed one order on 21 Sep.24 and Amazon provided me Damage product then I requested for replacement then no one delivered me. And your courier team return the product without my knowledge. Then I requested for product then your team said we will pick your damage product.

Your social team is lease bothered to contact me and you said that you already provided me a resolution. You are lease bothered to resolve the issue. Amazon delivered damage product and when I initiated replacement then Amazon didn't deliver the product not refund my payment
