Statement Regarding the Latest Valorant Update and Its Issues
I have to say, the recent updates in Valorant have been nothing short of a disaster. I don’t know who thought that making changes like this was a good idea, but they clearly missed the mark. Let’s talk about the major problems that have been ruining the game lately.
First off, the rank system. What is going on with the RR (Rank Rating) system? You’ve got players who can barely scrape by with 300 RR, while others are getting way more than they deserve. Why make it so easy for certain players to rank up? It’s not even fun anymore. Instead of making Radiant accessible to a larger group, you’ve essentially watered it down and made it a joke. It’s like the value of ranks has dropped overnight. And what’s worse, we’ve got hackers, trolls, and cheaters all over the place. Aim-bots, wall-hacks, and the list goes on! How are we supposed to enjoy the game when we can’t even play against people who are actually using their skill?
Then there’s this ridiculous idea of adding emojis to the game. I mean, who even thought that was a good idea in the first place? And then to make things worse, you went ahead and removed them? Was that supposed to be some kind of experiment? It just shows how disconnected the team is from what the players actually want. It doesn’t add anything to the game; it just clutters up the UI with irrelevant nonsense.
And now let’s talk about the latest development: the ridiculous ease of getting a Radiant rank. This season, I managed to get three accounts to Radiant, and it’s just way too easy. There’s no challenge anymore, and it feels like the entire ranking system is broken. It used to mean something, but now? It’s just a free ride for anyone with a pulse.
The bottom line is that Valorant has become almost unplayable. The updates aren’t just disappointing, they’re game-breaking. Instead of making the game better and more competitive, these changes have just taken away everything that made it fun in the first place. I honestly don’t know what’s going on over there, but someone needs to take a step back and fix this mess. Until then, the game is dead to me.Fix the damn game already.
