i see one weekly and we do mainly talk therapy then the other, which is my main therapist, i see every other week and we do somatic and trauma based therapy and lastly my newest one i see once every 5-6ish weeks and its for my ARFID and we do mainly ACT.

i was looking for a dif message id sent someone and i found this instead and realized how funny it sounds 😂 and yes, i do have three therapists. they have different purposes though.

@voidaflame Ugh this is like my only complaint about sitting outside in the sun. I wish my phone was sun proof. Instead I always feel like Im boiling it when I go outside with it

@muheediva01 honestly most shows take me a few episodes to get hooked on, even my now favorites. but ginny and georgia's first episode cliffhanger had my jaw on the floor i was absolutely hooked episode 1.
