To match the average police pension after 30 years service, you'd need to have £1.5 MILLION in your private pension...by your mid 50s (!) Less that 1% of people with private pensions will accrue this. The Public Sector are the real 1%. The State is unsustainable.

@ColinSpenc4257 We almost had one. Moved from NI to Liverpool. Relatives were moving to NZ so gave my family their washing machine. It was near Christmas so our other relatives packed the drum with presents for us. You can guess what happened - stolen at the docks.
