So a front-line Safety agent can blindly believe a retaliatory guest lie, but corporate @Airbnb has no backend way to let a manager override it? This isn't about money—everything is settled. It’s about business ethics. I need a supervisor to step up and clear my record.

Update on Case #A105895121: @AirbnbHelp reached out immediately in the DMs to do damage control, but now they’ve gone completely silent. Meanwhile, their phone support claims they are physically blocked from transferring a host to a Trust & Safety supervisor. Absolute chaos.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp Drug remains, a dispensary receipt and official Las Vegas Justice Court Case #26LVTC016325, Case Manager Kyle closed the thread with a "mark" on my account. Airbnb is actively rewarding fraudulent guests who abuse the safety system to get a refund.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp guest claimed to Airbnb Safety that I "intruded on her privacy" through a "sliding door." Even worse? On a recorded line with Airbnb support, the guest explicitly asked to EXTEND her stay. Who asks to stay longer if they feel unsafe? 🤔

Hey @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp, why is your Safety Team penalizing professional hosts for enforcing your own rules? After catching a guest violating terms, Safety Lead Leo was given physical evidence. I followed and now I’m being penalized based on retaliatory lies. 👇 Case #A105895121

I am a resident host in Las Vegas with an unverified stranger in my house and a legal eviction in progress (Case #26LVTC016325). @AirbnbHelp Senior Manager 'Luna' is refusing to cancel despite police and court documentation. I feel unsafe in my own home. Help immediately!@Airbnb
