@RealBoethiah Try looking at the difference between the thumbnails of people showing up on the 'homepage', versus those very SAME thumbnails on their youtube page. You'll probably notice that on the homepage they are higher quality the way you expect them to be?

Anyone else noticing their 4k thumbnails look like absolute trash on Youtube? After they upped the thumbnail limit to 50mb I've been trying to make high quality thumbnails. Mine look like they have been compressed into oblivion on the site

@Welonz Worst part is if other popular youtubers 'also' have those kinds of scenes included, but don't face any repercussions. We've seen it happen with Jacksepticeye in the past I believe. =C

i got a community strike for the sex scene in dispatch, even though i had it marked as age restricted 🫤 if this is their stance i'm gonna have to be careful about including (or not, really) 18+ scenes in the future between this & all the copyright stuff i'm so damn tired man!!!

@Coshira_ Ziet er interesant uit... maar blijf bij het idee dat het ECHT gaaf zou zijn geweest als de oude Draconicon er vlak naast stond, zodat je daar 'langs' zou vliegen.

@Prowl8413 It's indeed something the devs may have to keep in mind. Especially if they want to go for 'infinite world height' and whatnot. Perhaps they can also make some kind of system that allows players to 'prune' their world of unused chunks and reset them, saving world size space?

One thing that I really hope Hytale can improve on massively, is how much storage it takes up. I don't even have that many worlds, and havent played a ton of my own worlds in quite a while, and this is already a decent amount of space to use up. This is just the saves folder.

@Prowl8413 i.e. have the option for players to set some kind of 'routine' for an NPC, even if it won't be 'productive'. That way you can give an npc a 'home', and have them work in the garden, only to go to the marketplace and wander around there at noon, to later return home.

@Prowl8413 For possible NPC's I hope that the system for them will also allow players to 'use' them to bring some life and movement to their builds/bases/villages in the future. Similarly (if not more advanced) to how you can make Copper Golems in Minecraft perform work.

So what I hope to see with Hytales new crafting system, which will be a while before its fully out... is this. I want to see 3 ways to do almost everything. 1. Manually - slower method, but it works, and for smaller scale stuff / individuals, or early game higher tech / larger scale players, will feel sufficient 2. NPC - The beginnings of automation, easier to understand without vast knowledge and without larger quantities of materials and time. Can remove the player from a good amount of the manual process of things, but for the most part is not going to accomodate HUGE projects quickly. Players with less time, less interest in tech, or that build at a more small to medium sized scale, or enjoy taking their time will find value in, and enjoy/appreciate this method 3. Machine / Magic / Device based automation - This is your end-game state, with knowledge and resources, you build things to automate most things a player may want to do. It'll have its own progression, with smaller scale / easier things being accessible to even lower tech players, but with knowledge, time, resources, and general game progression, the sky is the limit for what you can automate, and how high you can scale things up in terms of speed / size Players would progress through these, stopping at the point they find the most enjoyment from, and possibly doing a mixture of all 3 methods within their world at any given time. Excited for the future of Hytale!

@Efteling Een beetje als 'de restanten van Draconicon nadat Graaf Olaf werd verslagen', niet langer in beweging, overwoekerd met mos, misschien soms 'stoom' dat uit een van de monden komt zodat je daar 'doorheen' vliegt... Of zou dat 'te zichtbaar' zijn vanuit de Villa Volta tuin?

@Efteling Ik weet niet wat er met Draconicon is/gaat gebeuren nu deze uit de arena is gehaald... maar als hij niet terug komt in de hoofd-arena, is het dan een idee om hem (of een nieuwe Draconicon) vlak naast deze 'Ravenring' te plaatsen? Zodat je vlak langs het 5 koppige monster vliegt?

@Prowl8413 @slikey How will 'infinite world height' affect the filesizes of player worlds as they are being played in for longer? Is there going to be a future way for players to manually 'prune' chunks in order to keep those filesizes in check when one has been exploring a lot?

@_Hawkon Hopefully it stays that way during the rest of development, with all the required information being available in item tooltips. There's always room for improvement, like mentioning that mushroom shelves can be used to jump higher, but stuff has been pretty good and informative.

@Prowl8413 Wouldn't it be better if the 'overlap' in the Builder's Workbench was removed, so that we don't have multiple plank-types produce 'crude', 'desert' or 'ancient' furniture, and have things like the 'greenwood' options be expanded as well with their missing furniture?

@Prowl8413 Afterall, if my information is correct, currently in exploration we have 'reliable/growable' access to: -Softwood -Lightwood -Hardwood -Goldenwood -Tropical wood -Greenwood -Redwood -Darkwood -Drywood -Blackwood -Deadwood Only Azure wood and Frostwood don't have planks.

I know it will likely be a while before we get another big block update, but I 100% want the next block update to be unique plank sets for every wood type, and stripped logs. With 31 different tree's, and how good the wood color on them looks, this would be amazing!
