@YourPlace_Inc @AndyGuzmanEth I need to double check onion services, but yes proper tor in browser with bootstrap etc.
English

@AndyGuzmanEth Will this support normal GET & POST requests to an onion service? Does the JS fully do the bootstrapping to TOR network in the browser?
Big, if so

Most people don't know that JSON.stringify actually returns string | undefined.
Should I fix this in ts-reset?
Christoffer Bjelke@chribjel
I often forget that the types for `JSON.stringify` are not correct in TypeScript, and encounter unexpected errors as a result. It CAN in fact return undefined in some cases, whereas the TS implementation has its return type as `string`. I use ts-reset by @mattpocockuk, and think this PR that fixes the JSON.stringify types would be a great addition to the library.

@backaes Would you consider an MPC solution to this problem? Or does it have to be FHE?
English

Cryptography question
TLDR: how can I design non malleable seal bid auctions with FHE
Today I read in this paper eprint.iacr.org/2020/300.pdf about the following property
3. Independence of Inputs: Corrupted parties must choose their inputs independently of the honest parties’ inputs. This property is crucial in a sealed auction, where bids are kept secret and parties must fix their bids independently of others. We note that independence of inputs is not implied by privacy. For example, it may be possible to generate a higher bid, without knowing the value of the original one. Such an attack can actually be carried out on some encryption schemes
(i.e., given an encryption of $100, it is possible to generate a valid encryption of $101, without knowing the original encrypted value).
Let's say that I am designing such sealed bid auction application with FHE. How can I guarantee this security properties? By definition, FHE guarantees additive homomorphism over encrypted data
