NiKo has the most inconsistent firepower of any tier 1 pro, closely followed by Twistzz, iM, and molodoy, as per Duel Swing standard deviations.
His teammate, m0nesy, is remarkably consistent by comparison. Jimpphat is the most consistent.

On average there is around 6 or 7 (👐) full buy rounds in a half. That's 50% of the rounds in a half. The remaining rounds are ecos, pistol, forcebuys etc.
