Especially with today being International Asexuality Day, I’d like to say that even if Alastor IS indeed AroAce, QPR Radiostatic is not a “lesser” version of the ship. They’re still obsessive, intimate, violent yearner x yearner. They just have a non-traditional relationship. As for what actually is canon, to my knowledge, Alastor is canonically Ace (based off of Rosie’s comment), but we don’t have any explicitly canon specifics as to where on the ace spectrum he falls. But it does sound like that will be explored in the coming season(s), so I’m super excited for that!
