All the weightlifters and fitness enthusiasts out there: Make sure to read the ingredients list on your whey protein, creatine and pre-workout. Many brands use fillers, sugars, dyes and other compounds that aren’t really “healthy” or otherwise don’t do much except bulk up the container the powder comes in. A general rule of thumb: the shorter your list of ingredients is, the better off you’ll be. You can search online for brands that embrace a minimalist / purist philosophy for their products, where the only ingredient in the powder says “Whey protein concentrate” or “Creatine mono hydrate” You get the idea. Eat clean. Stay fit. 💪

BREAKING: Saudi Arabia launched numerous unpublicized military strikes on Iran in late March in retaliation for Iranian attacks on the kingdom, per Reuters. This is the first known direct Saudi military action on Iranian soil. The strikes were carried out by the Saudi Air Force, confirmed by two US officials and two Iranian officials.

This old gym was built in 1926. Renovated in 1958 and again in 1985. It’s been empty for about 7 years now. I’m considering buying it to fix and flip, but imagine the stories this place could tell. Gyms like this are where all the old legends were born.

The bond market is getting hit again, tech is selling off, and all signs are pointing to energy driven inflation. Add the fact that the incoming Fed chair will probably cut rates almost immediately, and you have a perfect storm brewing for major inflation, or even worse, stagflation. We also have a fertilizer shortage which is going to affect crop yields come harvest time which will also have upward pressure on food prices. Prepare accordingly.

That’s so cool. I’m Lor on my mom’s side and my dad family was from Gilan. My dad was a professor of surgery in Ahvaz during the spring & summer of 1980 during the university purges. He stayed behind after Saddam attacked in September of that year and did surgeries in underground hospitals during the early days of the war. We grew up on interesting stories 😂

I came from a very well known, wealthy , respected family that was that was at the height of political power. Then my grandfather was murdered by the US NAVY illegally and we lost all our money because my grandfather was the breadwinner and after that my family decided to completely step back from the aristocratic class. It still exists, and my family are still treated as one of them but they refuse to take part in it anymore

The whole thing is just a bubble isn’t it? Major correction coming? Maybe.
