Love the accountability out of both Neto and Romano in this thread. Love that neither are making excuses. However look at the quote tweets and replies for the tweet with Neto's quote...then look at them under Romano's. Fans are far more pressed with Romano, that to me makes no sense. This game is a different story if that flyball is caught, period. 2 outs, nobody on is a completely different story. Should Romano have pitched that inning, no. Why? Because he's notoriously bad against the Yankees and at Yankee Stadium and he's coming off a blown save on Monday. Kurt deserves blame for going to Romano. Romano deserves blame, Neto & Peraza both deserve blame. But the difference in reactions to players on these tweets is crazy to me. And for the record, Romano was perfect prior to this series, no hits and no runs allowed, he then has 2 blown saves against a team that has notoriously had his number. He certainly deserves blame, but I'm seeing a lot of overreaction right now. Alright, I'm done venting for the night, I'll take my hopium prior to tomorrow's game and hope for the best with a likely bullpen game... #Angels #RepTheHalo
