Won't be using @EvansCycles online again.Bought a lock,it jammed 3 months.Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that I'm within my rights to get a refund.But Evans think that because their website says they only refund within 28days that overrides law-It doesn't! #evanscycles #avoid

@OctopusEnergy @MartinSLewis They're sending emails out scaring customers into increasing their monthly payments based on a blance forecast tool that they say is based on your usage... But it's utter nonsense! Beware!

So she looks it up and her silence was defending! Miles off!

I asked her to tell me what my April, May and June usage was predicted to be... She tells me. So I suggest that they should be fairly similar to this year then? She agrees. So I ask her to look that up and check....

Asked her to click the little "I" next to it and asked her to read to me what it said... "... balance forcecast is based on my tarrif, payments and past consumption etc...."

Asked the customer service woman if she could see the email they sent me, she said yes. Asked her if she could see the Balance forecast linked in the email... Yes
