@airindia @JM_Scindia @RNTata2000 Can anyone at AirIndia look up the plight of arriving passengers on AI916 ? Diverted to Jaipur and been here since 4 am. First 2 hours in the aircraft, then 1 hour in the bus, and now waiting outside a door for which keys are not available !

@bigbasket_com @BigBasketTech hello, received the attached msg. This is an address where BB delivers almost every week ! I guess it's just to avoid liability that such amateurish msgs are sent out. Not expected this from BB. Also, your call centre is good at stonewalling

@flipkartsupport I can't imagine you guys would ever improve. My experience with Flipkart has always been sub-par. Which makes me use your services even less. Amazon on the other hand, has excellent customer service.
