Here’s the great news: I met with my transplant surgeon yesterday and he surprised us to let us know that I was recently #2 on the list for a deceased donor, which means things will be moving very fast. I’ll be back in Philly the 2nd week of January to go through a staging surgery to make sure no more cancer has popped up and then my transplant can occur anytime after that. This journey will be over soon as it’s looking like a transplant will happen sooner rather than later. Thank you for your continued prayers. They are working. 🙏🙏❤️❤️

Update on me: I have been diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma , aka bile duct cancer. I’ll be getting radiation & chemo treatments at UPenn twice a day for almost 4 weeks straight and then it’ll take a few weeks to recover. And then I’ll be ready for the liver transplant. All in all, I may be in Philly for the next 4-6 months. Needless to say, I’m ready for this to be behind me! #PhinsUp
