I have never experienced such bad service from this company I have spoken to various departments but I always get passed onto another department NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. Your customer service department transferred me to THE DIGITAL TEAM no answer.

@itluggage trying get customer service to respond to simple requests, why don’t you respond quicker, I asked YESTERDAY for response regarding returning cases still no response, I just need to move on once I get a simple response.

@itluggage when you use your new luggage for the first time and it starts falling apart at the airport. it luggage say take it back from where you bought it !! Why is it not covered by warranty?

@itluggage just got to Bristol Airport with 2 large suitcases 20kg and both are beginning to split from the seams very very poor quality.
