Not gonna lie, but I never thought I would live to see the day where a story about a guy with ALS and the entire community fighting to end this disease would be a top national news story and not just that, a story about hope. Thank you @samstein for your courage to tell it.

@RIMOWA Since when is using a suitcase as a suitcase, considered misuse? Here are some photos to prove my point. Also, it scratched easily from day one and I never complained. The horrific customer service is troubling bc I really loved my trunk.

@RIMOWA I've emailed back to ask HOW I misused my suitcase since I'm still furious about this accusation. No one has responded. Not shocking since you obviously don't want to honor YOUR FALSE repair claim or warranty. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Email attached.

@RIMOWA I bought a piece of luggage in 2019 and have used it consistently. Now it has a crack. After 3 emails, 3 calls, someone finally responds that they can't repair it (despite being under warranty) because it was misused. Not only false, but quite an acquisition.
