@vylemaw I avoid this by explaining up front the workflow and the expectations for both of us. They sign a detailed contract that explains it further, including more pay scenarios. They get 2 minor revisions after the rough mockup stage, and what is considered "minor" is at my discretion.

@vylemaw That is terrible, dear goodness. As someone who commissions often, I'm always just stressed about asking the artist to change a detail that I usually didn't ask for. But to just be like 'okay now do it this other way' is terrible. Defo adjust your TOS to protect yourself ASAP.

@vylemaw This is why we prefer the machine. Nobody wants your vision. The client has always wanted to bring their vision to life. Artists who understand this don’t starve. Unfortunately you have no economic future.

i have added things like different arm poses if it's during flat colors/line art tho, just because it's not too bad with my workflow!

🎮 the truth about growing on Twitch as a vtuber in 2026: most vtubers stream hoping the platform will bring new viewers. it mostly won't. here's what actually works. _____ → discoverability on Twitch is near zero for new streamers. the browse page shows the most-watched channels first. YOUR GROWTH HAS TO COME FROM OUTSIDE, through YouTube Shorts, Twitter, TikTok, and clips. Twitch is where you keep the audience, not where you find them. → stream with a specific goal, not just a game name. "playing Minecraft" gives viewers nothing to watch for. "finishing the 100-day challenge in ONE stream" gives them a reason to stay until the end. → clip your best moments during the stream, not after. the moment something great happens, clip it immediately. post to Shorts, Twitter, TikTok within 24 hours. 2 hours of streaming can generate a week of content if you clip with intention. → schedule your stream in advance. post the title and thumbnail 24-48 hours ahead. this builds a waiting room, gathers early CTR data, and tells the algorithm what your stream is about before you say a word. → consistency beats frequency. 3 streams a week on the SAME DAYS beats 7 streams randomly. predictability creates loyal viewers. what are you currently doing to drive people TO your Twitch? 👇

@NuckinfubsTTV yeah! i find them good to look at personally (im a "always room for improvement" type person) but a lot of them have regurgitated the same info so much now and makes you wonder how much they really follow what they're saying.
