Hi everyone!! (🚨PLEASE CLICK “Show more..”) we need your help @Roblox This may not be like my usual posts but I wanted to bring attention to a serious vulnerability and security issue with @Zoom and @Roblox A close personal friend of mine, "acorivamini" on roblox, was compromised on December 24th 2025 by a group of threat actors via a zoom screensharing vulnerability method. She was just recently on January 9th terminated for the actions committed by the people that compromised her computer. Additionally, during the time that access to the account was stolen, the rare item "WC Ultimates: Aquamarine Attitude" was stolen off of her account. This item is approximately worth about 10 million Robux and was moved to a different account. @roblox then rightfully acknowledged the removal of these items were not authorized by the original owner & terminated the account used for the transfers. However, @roblox also denied any sort of reversals & in addition, and wrongfully terminated the original owner due to settings and bio description that were altered by this group. The intentions by these threat actors were to get the original holder terminated and to fully lose access to any sort of appeals or compensations from support and they succeeded. My friend's appeal ticket has since been ignored for over a week now. Hopefully an admin is able to look into this case and do what's right. The support ticket number is 152222669.
