Its the future of real estate tbh. No need for a middlemen collecting commissions anymore. Software and tech entering real estate is the most underestimated opportunity right now. Faster transactions, decreased financial friction. Very sticky in this digital world and age of convenience. Going to take long than just 6 months under Kaz though. Patience is required for turnaround stories…This is a company that had a very unhealthy balance sheet since inception but its already improving under this new management team.
