It’s important to keep things in perspective. Trey Hendrickson was viewed as one of the best free agents heading into this offseason. But he hasn’t signed a deal yet (until now), as his market was likely lower than many, including himself and his agent, anticipated. Now the Ravens are suddenly back in the mix and in desperate need of a veteran edge rusher. So wouldn’t it make sense for Hendrickson’s agent to say that they have received offers from two other playoff teams to try and revive the market with the Ravens re-joining the mix? I think that would be an awfully convenient report to come out less than a day after the trade for Maxx Crosby fell through. 😉
