@AzureSupport @azuresupport #azTechHelp Seems like there was really change how mon agent is running. Now it is under NETWORK SERVICE user. When I run this startup task Add-LocalGroupMember -Group "Administrators" -Member "NETWORK SERVICE" it works again. This seems to me like a breaking change

@azuresupport #azTechHelp any changes with application insights and azure diagnostics in cloud services? Tonight our service was restarted by azure and no performance counters are collected. Seems like monitoring agent doesn't have enough privileges to read them from the system.
