@jloganolson @DJiafei @_gijsdj If you do any degree of locomotion research I can't overstate the importance of having a good customer support line! You will break robots, and want replacements/help quickly. FWIW, Booster is releasing a new robot very soon that seems to target people in the market for the G1!

@jloganolson @DJiafei @_gijsdj Booster K1 is a really good platform for a kid-sized humanoid, lots of updates, good dev environment and amazing customer support. For research it's probably good to have a Unitree G1 since that's what most papers use, although there's more and more labs using Booster T1 now.
