I do have a very love/hate relationship with my dad, he is very progressive in a lot of ways, but also very regressive in other ways. From everything I've seen, he actually seems to be rather libertarian and supportive of sex workers and individual rights and liberties, when I first started my OF I mentioned it to him, mostly just about how confusing all the tax stuff was, and he said that he would help me out with it, and he's been nothing but accepting regarding the trans stuff, he really does just treat me like his daughter, even acknowledging that I was his daughter pre-transition. When I've been struggling with brain worms and spoken with him about not feeling like a "real girl" he has always tried to nip those thoughts in the bud by bluntly telling me that he sees me as nothing but a girl and so does the rest of society, which really shows that he believes trans women are women and have always been women, regardless of what stage of transition they're at
