@waitrosewine small wine order made 23rd December, with specified delivery 28th. 6th January still not arrived, despite several assurances and several further delivery dates. Rather fed up with emailing and phoning to no avail.

@marcin_retryzgr Hi Marcin, we can't guarantee the ages of the wines in our branches at one time because it could be a mixture. If you order from our Cellar website then there's a more specific age which you can click and collect in your local branch the next day :) - Amelia
