Hi @LidlGB. My wife was in your store today and was accused of shoplifting a bottle of Fairy laundry detergent which she previously purchased elsewhere . The store ‘detective’ went into her bag without her permission, they scanned said item and ok. Rude and disrespectful

They are holding a needle sometimes. All I do is to start the body cam. I never retaliate. Why risk your life for £14 per hour?
