Plastic will be bought thru agents, repurposed into building blocks and pavers without the use of cement.

@tonkolili @BimbolaCarrol @FulaFeminist101 @HamedHitco @kishin_mahtani In the past 3 years, things have been slowly been put in place to tackle plastic pollution. The national plastic waste policy was passed in cabinet in March this year, and it is going through the preparation stage to be tabled in parliament in November this year.
