@michaelaglen Make the prompt as specific as possible. who is it gonna act as while doing the task, what is the outcome you desire, what errors you want to avoid, and give it an example to follow if possible.

Reminder to self: Today I woke up and felt like 💩, although I went to gym, socialized, and worked despite all the bad feelings and the desire to just disappear. I think what helped was that "showing up" was enough, and it lead to actually do and be productive! #ADHD
