It's the third out at 1B... everyone gets to walk off the field. That the Phillies decided to keep playing doesn't mean the play remains live
Replay review overturns the play at 1B, everyone is safe. Seems straightforward

Phillies manager Rob Thomson got ejected because the umpires let the Nationals runner go back to third base after the call at first was overturned, even though he was tagged out

Here is the 2025 version. The out at 3rd should have stood, since the entire play gets reviewed, & in this case, only the out at 1st was reversed.

The screenshot is from the 2021 rulebook (which for some reason is the most recent one available online), so I wonder if it's been amended since
