Won't ever use and recommend @Avis to anyone! Staff didn't want to check the car with me after my booking then charged me £475 for this small dent, which I didnt do! CS won't hear my comments, £475 gone just like that #Extortion #thieves

Worst experience ever with @AvisUK. Staff didn't want to check the car with me, and surprisingly, I got charged £475 for this tiny dent that wasnt even there at the end of my booking!! Customer service keeps ignoring me and my emails.This is just #extortion I’ll complain to ECRCC
