@Lanipator Doing amazing dude. It was part of why I got myself in gear the past 2 1/2 years. Ive gone from 480lbs at my biggest to 340lb. Wearing 5-6XL shirts down to fitting into a 2X if it's long enough. I'm down to a 42 from almost 60. Been slacking a bit but getting back to it.

It's been a long 5 year process but I'm down to 205 lbs and XL to an M and from a 42 waist to a 34. It feels nice to finally not hate how I look in the mirror all the time. Thank you to everyone who's been supportive of me throughout this process and beyond ❤️
