Over a month trying to return a TV from Walmart.ca because of poor picture quality. 25+ calls, multiple emails with proof and attachments, yet every time there’s a new excuse. Seller and support keep delaying instead of helping. Even dispute requests are blocked.

after telling me for years that they wouldn't change their substitution policy for pick up orders, @WalmartCanada did just that. they used to match size, and keep the same price. now they match price, even if the sub is half the size. maybe food basics wants my money more?

@WalmartCanada outsourced grocery delivery to Uber. Order for my 88-year-old mother (on oxygen and mobility issues) was left OUTSIDE the condo building despite clear instructions and access information. Neither company appears willing to take accountability.
