You describe the patient It asks a few sharp questions Then gives: Differentials, Investigations, Rx options, Px education guide. And no, it’s not based on assumptions or ChatGPT. It’s grounded in Nigerian Standard Treatment Guidelines(2022). Built for the reality on ground.

So many things go into this. It's not enough that each query retrieves the right information. The information has to be safe, up-to-date, complete, and must be highly relevant to the context.
Chisom Rutherford@ruthefordml

The next phase of this is a free tool to help junior doctors know what to do based on treatment guidelines, and can check the reference to see the exact page in the guidelines. Still in development. What features would you like to see and what guidelines should I add?

I now have about 270 medical conditions cleaned and clinicaly validated based on the Nigerian Standard Treatment Guidelines. I believe they can be used for benchmarking, model fine-tuning, etc. Will be making it publicly available soon.

I studied in two universities in Nigeria. Then studied in two universities in Germany. I have worked in a university in the US and now working in one in Canada. The only place where I witnessed and continue to see this type of public show of delusion ("prayer walk") or gathering of students almost daily to pray is Nigeria. I will tell you one thing: students in Germany, the US and Canada, have better lives and achieve more in their respective studies than those in Nigeria who pray daily. Again, prayers don't fix bad situations. Prayers, even if Nigerians pray for 1 million years, won't fix Nigeria. Good leaders/good governance makes a country livable for the citizens. Nigerians cannot continue to waste their youthful years praying while criminals who are next to their graves destroy the country. Wake up Nigerians.

An angry patient mistakenly slapped a male doctor at the corridor. Unknown to him, the doctor no get shame, and he has coconut head Before anyone could intervene, the doctor lifted him and smashed him on the ground, followed by a few doses doses of slaps People rushed to separate them, but the man, filled with shame and regret, picked himself up, and went his way without uttering a single word. I'm sure he'd never slap anyone again no matter how angry he gets.

@obinique Politics in Nigeria can be changed in ways we cannot even imagine. One man bought the entire party's primaries and destroyed the opposition in a few years. Another can also use money to transform it.
