Building things I wish I had when I started this profession...

The next phase of this is a free tool to help junior doctors know what to do based on treatment guidelines, and can check the reference to see the exact page in the guidelines. Still in development. What features would you like to see and what guidelines should I add?

I now have about 270 medical conditions cleaned and clinicaly validated based on the Nigerian Standard Treatment Guidelines. I believe they can be used for benchmarking, model fine-tuning, etc. Will be making it publicly available soon.

I will never fault the UK for prioritizing their medical graduates over IMGs when it comes to training posts. Nigerians acting like they do not understand why will always be funny to me. In 2006, OAU denied a colleague admission into medicine despite very high scores in JAMB and post UTME bcos he did not come from the catchment area. South westerners who scored less than him all gained admission. Infact virtually all federal universities in all the geopolitical zones in Nigeria do this nonsense and indigenes benefit from it so let's not start preaching meritocracy all of a sudden.

Vibe coders always amuse me. You mean you were able to achieve this level of software and you do not know the difference between static and server functions

I was born and raised in Lagos. Apart from my time abroad, I've spent all my life in Lagos. Am I not a Lagosian?
