增长率20% → 16.7% → 14.3% ← 在衰减
如果你对自己有高标准，不看绝对数而是保持增长率的话，你会得到：
月收入10万 → 12万 → 14.4万 → 17.3万
增长率20% 保持平坦
这就是复利。很难，但不管是个人还是创业公司，增长率才是能不能活下去的真正指标。

If you really want to hold yourself to a high standard, graph the growth rate of the number you care about instead of the number itself. Then you're winning if you can even keep it flat.
