@gptracey @JohnPGreen Admittedly, the hexagon pattern was added as an update to make the chest pattern have depth as seen in the 1990’s art below. The clear panels were done to give a look of manufactured shine to the areas which had color/labels. On #astromegazord Jordan used more VM instead.
