We bought 4 professional/commercial licenses. I would expect the appropriate support if the software is not performing at a commercial level. If using this as a hobby app I could understand, but #affinitydesigner #affinityphoto and #affinitypublisher are all to be for work.

@affinitybyserif - Publisher is crashing constantly... Issues with load times, issues saving and converting to PDF. Can't get ahold of you on the phone. Email support seems to be from a skeleton crew... How this is to be comparable with @adobe when the software is not working.
