Tetanus (con't): Manage symptomatic tetanus w/ metronidazole to limit toxin production. To bind circulating toxin, administer tetanus toxoid vaccine (deltoid) and tetanus immune globulin (wound site). Provide respiratory support and manage muscle spasms w/ benzos #MyEMCert
