Hi, please be informed that we have initiated the full refund dated 03rd May'26 and it will be processed within 14 working days towards the same travel agency ID. We would request you to contact your travel agency (One97 Communications Ltd). The refund amount will be as per their terms of contract. Unfortunately, we would not be able to disclose the amount since the booking was made under special fare. Please get in touch with the travel agency for fare related query.

@flyspicejet @Paytm I book my flight ticket on Paytm and my flight get delayed more than 3 hr i choose for refund on spicejet website and cancel my ticket on 18th of april. I haven't get refund yet and no response from @flyspicejet and @Paytm @DGCAIndia PNR - AHF16X
