Health services researchers: has anyone developed good measures of healthcare access for disabled populations (e.g., whether medical facilities are accessible)? Would appreciate suggestions as a starting point.

People with disabilities face inequitable access to reproductive health care.
They most commonly experience logistical and access-related barriers, such as difficulty finding a place where they feel comfortable that offers reproductive care services. jamanetwork.com/journals/jaman…
