As an avid traveler & RE investor, I'm hugely bullish on luxury STRs as an asset class. All of the high end hotels (e.g. Four Seasons) are now $1500-2000++ a night for a tiny room that doesn't work for families. But there's little supply of luxury STRs as an alternative. (1/2)
