Kabuga, even in his final frail years, did not carry the same level of visible deterioration that Ruto currently displays. This is not normal aging for a man in his late fifties. The visible toll points to possible chronic health complications, extreme stress, long-term medication side effects, or an underlying condition that is rapidly accelerating his physical breakdown. The fact that the western-backed regime now relies heavily on old, airbrushed photos while the real-time images show a man who appears decades older than his actual age raises serious questions about what exactly is happening behind the scenes. At just 59, Ruto already looks like a man well into his 80s or 90s. That level of visible deterioration in someone holding the highest office in the land should alarm every Kenyan.
