Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality.
There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it!
I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America.
OpenAI was founded to benefit all of humanity.

@paul_rivoire @PeterSchiff @RepThomasMassie Starting wars, creating inflation, talking endless shite as a narcissist asshole. He's awesome.
English

@PeterSchiff @RepThomasMassie This is such BS. Trump and his administration are doing everything we voted for them to do and much MORE.
English

All the hate coming from Republicans against @RepThomasMassie means Reagan's Republican Party is dead. We now have the most left wing Republican Party in history. Democrats will move even further left to compete. This is a political death spiral. Got Gold?
English

@JDVance He is not respected. He is an unpredictable narcissist, with too much power, so people (including you) dance around him.
English

There’s a reason President Trump is respected by world leaders, and it’s because he’s consistently shown a level of strength that we haven’t seen from our Commander in Chief in modern history.

.@POTUS on his state visit to China: "We have a relationship, he and I, and we've been working together a long time. We've gotten along well. When I first came here, China was really taking advantage of the United States—he understands that—and now, we do great with China."
English

@SantiagoAuFund @RogueMacro_ Yup.. hope USA keeps up this policy. Slowly the reaction is happening, and this will continue until suddenly it isn't slow any more.
English

@RogueMacro_ Yep.
Despite all the stimulus
Despite all the bailouts
Despite all the printing

The dollar $DXY is at the exact level it was when COVID hit in March 2020. All this time, all the dedollarization hysteria, it's in the same spot.

@Unlimited_BU @XFreeze Yeah let's get the South African government to control it.
English

@XFreeze One man controls too much of it.
Elon Musk owns Starlink. He has already shown he will cut off access in war zones based on his personal decisions. What happens when he disagrees with YOUR country's politics?
English

MrBeast just gave one of the strongest endorsements possible for Starlink:
“I will only book flights exclusively on planes with Starlink. I don’t care if it means an extra layover - I’ll sit in the back of the plane if it gives me Starlink.”
He says Starlink has become the backbone of his global productions and travels because it works in places where traditional internet simply doesn’t exist:
• Filming in Antarctica - one of the only reliable ways to stay connected
• Building wells deep in rural Africa with full internet access hours away from cities
• Driving through remote villages and open fields with a Starlink dish mounted on the vehicle while maintaining signal the entire time
He described it as:
“Starlink is literally magic. It makes no sense.”
Now people are actively choosing flights based on whether the plane has Starlink onboard

@RupertLowe10 Calling people patriots while constantly targeting immigrants and Muslims isn’t leadership it’s division dressed up as nationalism. A strong country is built on fairness, unity, and equal respect for everyone.

🚨 WOW! President Trump reveals Iran launched 111 MISSILES at one of our ships in a short period of time, and our military successfully intercepted ALL of them.
"Out of 111 missiles going at 3,000 miles an hour, all 111 missiles were knocked down into the ocean long prior to arriving at the target."
"They got like about 13 seconds to make a decision. They make a wrong calculation, you lose a LOT of men, and a lot of billion dollar ships."
English

@garysavage1 @PramilaJayapal Cut military by 60%. Close all foreign military bases. Cut fraud and waste.
English

@PramilaJayapal We are about 100 trillion in debt and having to print money to service the debt. The inflation that is causing is crushing the lower and middle class.
So just how exactly do you plan to pay for adding even more spending and ever increasing inflation?
English

@steve_hanke 2025 average ≈ $40/oz
76% increase: $40 × 1.76 = $70.40/oz
So sell?
English

@garysavage1 What the world needs is capitalism AND sound money AND democracy. The fact that governments can buy votes with printed paper screws it up.
English

The big fallacy on the left is that capitalism exploits workers. Like employees don't get a paycheck for their labor (and the opportunity for advancement and promotions to higher pay)?
But let's think about it in a slightly different way.
Who did Paul McCartney or Michael Jackson exploit to become a billionaire? How about Michael Jordan or Tom Brady?
Are their successes different than say Steve Jobs who started Apple or Jeff Bezos who created Amazon allowing people in the middle of nowhere to buy virtually anything they want and have it delivered to their door?
All of these people have been insanely successful in life and have reaped massive financial fortunes because of it. Is it somehow different that people pay you to listen to your music & watch your concerts, or watch you compete in sports than if you make a phone that also doubles as a super computer with all human knowledge at your finger tips?
English

@RupertLowe10 Sadly our town centres were in a terrible state before mass migration. Councils have no idea how to run anything. Planning restrictions, everything. I don't think we can blame the high street on mass immigration sorry rupert

@SecScottBessent USD is not hard currency lol. Its endless BS paper debt.
English

It is very difficult for rats in a sewer pipe to know what’s going on in the outside world. Some color for the Iranian Leadership as they literally sit in the dark:
1. The United States has complete control of the Strait of Hormuz.
2. There is a hard currency, i.e. U.S. dollar, shortage.
3. Food and gasoline rationing are in place.
4. The entire international community has turned against you.
5. The BLOCKADE will continue, until there is pre-February 27 Freedom of Navigation.
